Connect a location
- Open Connections, then HighLevel.
- Choose Add connection, give it a name, then choose Continue to HighLevel.
- Sign in on HighLevel and choose your location.
- Review the permissions on HighLevel’s consent screen.
- Return to ApexGenius and test the connection.
connection_id. Call gohighlevel_search_tools without one to get the available choices. Reconnect uses the selected connection and must return to the same verified location. Add a new connection to use a different location.
Read and write tools
Start withapex_search_tools to find the HighLevel tools available to your account.
- Read:
gohighlevel_search_toolsfinds live actions and their inputs.gohighlevel_call_read_toolruns actions that HighLevel marks as read-only. - Write:
gohighlevel_call_toolruns an action. This includes record changes, messages, scheduling, and deletes. Review the exact action and its effects first.
apex_call_read_tool for the read tools and apex_call_write_tool for writes. Enabled writes run immediately. Turn a tool off to block calls.
Permissions
ApexGenius requests the read/write scopes that HighLevel currently accepts. Your consent and the live tool catalog determine what each connection can do. The separatepayments/orders.collectPayment scope is excluded from the requested profile.
