Connection scope
For Salesforce, an ApexGenius project identifies one authorized Salesforce org and its metadata workspace. n8n, Confluence, and the private-preview providers use connections owned by the signed-in ApexGenius user. Jira is also user-owned while its Beta route is completed. The current Jira and Confluence operation schemas still require an ApexGeniusproject_id so the gateway can apply the account’s project authorization and activation checks. That gate does not turn a Jira project, Confluence space, n8n workflow, or HQ Rental tenant into an ApexGenius project.

Social publishing controls
The social connectors use official provider APIs. Outward publishing, upload, update, and deletion tools are risk-labeled so compatible AI clients can request confirmation before sending them. Supported provider writes are recorded in the gateway write audit without storing provider credentials in the audit payload. For providers with selectable resources, the connection owner must also enable the specific Facebook Page, Instagram account, LinkedIn author, YouTube channel, or Pinterest board. A valid OAuth token does not override that resource allowlist. Media URLs supplied to Bluesky, X, LinkedIn, or YouTube are fetched through the gateway’s public-URL guard. Private IP ranges, unsafe DNS results, redirects, oversized payloads, and unexpected media types are rejected before an upload reaches the provider.Provider review gates
The connector code can be live before a third-party developer app receives every production permission. The connection screen reports missing developer-app configuration instead of presenting a false connected state.Private preview does not guarantee availability.An allowlisted ApexGenius user can use a connector only after its production developer app is configured, the provider grants the required scopes, and the connection passes a live verification. ApexGenius keeps operations unavailable while those gates remain incomplete.
