# Access and Account Limits

> Where to confirm your ApexGenius access, project allowances, and account state.

ApexGenius MCP is the gateway for consultants and operators who work in Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, VS Code, or another compatible MCP client. Public documentation does not define commercial terms or promise a specific project, usage, or connector allowance.

## Confirm your current access

Sign in at [apexgenius.ai](https://www.apexgenius.ai/auth), then open **Settings → Billing**. That account view is the source of truth for:

* whether the organization is active or gated
* the projects, members, and connectors available to it
* any account-specific usage or commercial terms
* the next action required to activate or restore access

## When access is gated

An account that is not entitled to a requested operation receives an access response instead of a successful tool result. Open **Settings → Billing** for the current account state and follow the action shown there. If the state appears wrong, contact [support@apexgenius.ai](mailto:support@apexgenius.ai).

Do not rely on a cached AI-client error as the final account status. Reconnect or retry after the workspace confirms that access is active.

## Workspace availability

The web workspace manages organizations, projects, connections, metadata, staged files, activity, and settings. The legacy in-app chat is retired. Some managed workspace capabilities can require separate approval, so use the access controls shown in your account or contact support.

  **Other limits still apply.**

  Your Salesforce permissions, AI-client policies, upstream provider limits, and enabled ApexGenius tools remain effective even when the organization is active.
